Devil May Cry Mission 6: Secret Ingredient contains 2 Lost Souls to be collected. It is one of the few missions that lets you collect all souls without using weapons or skills that are unlocked later in the game.

Required ability/weapon: None
After the first Demon pull and Angel Lift, the Soul can be found on a floating wall.
First Demon Pull.
Followed by Angel Lift.
Lost Soul on a floating wall.
LOST SOUL no. 2
Required ability/weapon: None
Exit the small tunnel and jump on the platform where are located Divinity Statue and Succubus. The Soul can be found on the first column on your left side.
