To unlock the Jalal’s Vigil dungeon in Diablo 4, you have to reach Act II in the main story. The first quest in that part of the campaign will take you to the general area of Jalal’s Vigil, and after you complete it and clear the corruption, the dungeon will unlock. The name of the Stemming the Flow, and it takes place in Scosglen. As for Jalal’s Vigil itself, it’s in the northeast corner of the Shrouded Moors zone. Take a look at the map screenshots below to see where it is. The entrance is a triangular stone structure that glows orange. It’s worth going into with any class, but this is especially true if you’re playing the Rogue.

It’s the Bladedancer Aspect, which is a pretty powerful thing to have, and only Rogues can use it. Based on the distance the blades returned, the orbit damage increases up to 20% of the return damage.
