Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro & Mi 11 Not Compatible Diablo Immortal

Are you wondering why is your perfectly capable smartphone not compatible with Diablo Immortal? Well, we have good news and bad news. The good news here is that both Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro & Xiaomi Mi 11 are officially supported devices. The Blizzard support team confirmed this to Reddit user Historical-Can-4165.

Nonetheless, the issue is still there, and at the moment, a number of players on the Diablo Immortal subreddit are reporting problems with their Xiaomi devices. Unfortunately, at the time of writing, we don’t have a confirmed explanation on why is this happening. Some players speculate that it is because Xiaomi has a custom Android (Miui).

Another explanation is that the Google Play Store sometimes sees Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro as “Redmi M2101K6G”, and this model is not listed among supported Diablo Immortal devices. So, what can you do? For now, the best solution is to wait for the official release on June 2nd and see if Blizzard has fixed this bug. If the issue persists even after the launch, you might need to wait a couple more days.

Finally, although we do not recommend it, an alternative solution is to wait for the APK file to be released and install it in that way, or to download Diablo Immortal from TapTap. With that said, that’s all that we know for now about the “Diablo Immortal Device Not Compatible” bug. We will add more information as soon it becomes available.
