How to claim shield rewards in Division 2?

In order to unlock shield rewards in Division 2, you’ll have to claim them through Ubisoft Club. Once you do that, they should appear in the Grants section, same as the preorder bonus items. It’s a little buggy at the moment – your reward message might not pop up until after you’ve restarted the game, and some items aren’t appearing at all. The devs are aware of the problems and are working towards a solution.

How to unlock shields

In order to be eligible for the shield packs, you’ll have to unlock them through the first game. There’s a set of twelve challenges you can complete – the first tier unlocks after you finish one, the second after four, the third after eight and the fourth once you’ve got all twelve. Most of them aren’t retroactive, which means the things you did before they were released won’t count. On the positive side, they should be available forever, so if you really want them, you can fire up the first game and earn them even now. Here’s a list of all the challenges:

Shepherd – Unlock the Base of Operations
Hazard – Clear 25 landmarks in the Dark Zone
Deadeye – Complete all weekly HVT’s within a week
Avenger – Take out 10 named bosses in Manhattan, 10 in the Dark Zone and 10 in the West Side Piers area
Sacred – Complete 10 Phases, get to level 10 and kill 10 hunters in the Underground
Phoenix – Extract 5 items, survive for 5 hours, and kill 5 Hunters in Survival
Talon – Attain a Commendation score of 3,000
Rebel – Get to wave 15 in Resistance
Fang – Complete every available mission on Legendary difficulty
Prime – Collect three full Classified gear sets
Marshal – Acquire all Exotic armor and weapons
Chieftain – Achieve the highest possible gear score (290)
