Decode the Note to Find Hidden Treasure Dying Light 2 Treasure Hunt Side Quest

In order to get the “Treasure Hunt” side quest, you will first need to have completed “The Deserter” side quest and to keep the map at the end of this quest. If you have chosen to give the map away, this quest won’t be available to you. The “Treasure Hunt” quest begins as soon as you have decided to keep the map. It will take you to the Wharf, where you need to speak with Albert. Aiden will ask him if he can help him find some books on cyphers and code-breaking. Albert will provide several books to read. The first book is right on the table next to them. After you read this first book, a note will appear next to it. This note will stay there, you won’t be able to find it in your inventory. Read the other two books, then return to the note.

Using all that you have learned, you can deduce that the code translates to: MUDDY GROUNDS WATER TOWER BASEMENT ZERO THREE TWO ONE SIX SEVEN. Make your way to the Warf Water Tower in the Muddy Grounds. When you get here, enter through the front door and drop down to the basement. Jump in the water and you will find a safe there. Enter the following safe combination: 3, 21, and 67. This will open the safe, and after you pick up your rewards, the “Hidden Treasure” side quest will be completed.
