When Does Genshin Impact 3.3 Come Out

Genshin Impact 3.3 is coming out on December 7th at 11 AM (UTC+8), which means the exact release date and time will vary slightly, depending on your time zone. This time translates to 4 AM CET / 3 AM GMT, aka 10 PM on the 6th Eastern Time, or 7 PM Pacific Time. I’m fairly certain that I’ve gotten the math correct; please feel free to correct me if I haven’t. Now, one important thing that I have to add here is that the servers will go down for maintenance several hours beforehand. Most likely, this will happen some five hours before the update launches, so be sure to finish everything up beforehand. You don’t want the game to boot you out in the middle of doing something major.

So, that’s the release date and time for the 3.3 update in Genshin Impact, but what can you expect to see in lieu of new content? Well, the developers cover that in detail in a separate post. The biggest draw will be the two new characters, Scaramouche (five stars) and Faruzan (four stars). Both of them will be available in the From Ashes Reborn wish event, and they’ll have an increased drop rate. So, if you have wishes saved up, and you need strong Anemo characters, now’s the time to use them. The other four-star characters will be Gorou and Yanfei. There will be another wish event running concurrently, Oni’s Royale, where the five-star character will be Arataki Itto. The four-stars are going to be the same three as in From Ashes Reborn.
