Where to Find Genshin Impact Lantern Fiber, Wick Material, Plaustrite Shard – How to Craft Xiao Lantern in Lantern Rite Event

To find the ingredients to make Xiao Lanterns in the Genshin Impact Lantern Rite event, aka Lantern Fiber, Wick Material and Plaustrite Shards, you basically just have to grind specific stuff. Lantern Fiber can drop from pretty much any plant that you can harvest, including flowers and berries. Plants that come in bunches have a chance to drop more Fiber in one go, so keep that in mind. It won’t drop all the time, but often enough. Overall, don’t worry; I doubt you’ll be wanting for this ingredient.

The same goes for the Plaustrite Shard. Sure, they drop from Geovishap Hatchlings, Geovishaps, and Stonehide Lawachurls; that’s definitely one way to grind them. However, if you wanna keep it simple, find some ore deposit, like Iron and White Iron, and start digging. All of them have a good chance to drop Plaustrite Shard. The only ingredient that is a little complicated is the Wick Material, which drops from Hilichurl-type enemies and Fatui Elites. Just track them via your Adventurer Handbook, and you’ll be fine.

As for how you craft Xiao Lanterns in Genshin Impact, you need one of each ingredient per lantern, and fifty Mora. Just go to the first workbench you can find, and make as many lanterns as you can. If you’re wondering what you spend them on, it’s the Theater Mechanicus mode. You need to expend one Xiao Lantern every time you attempt the tower defense challenge.
