GTA Online Industrial Plant Bug Fix
The Industrial Plant in GTA Online is the first Survival job in the game. You can find this location at the Stoner Cement Works in Harmony, and it serves as a tutorial for all future Survival jobs. However, players have recently been getting a nasty GTA Online Industrial Plant glitch that prevents them from finishing this job. Of course, this is very irritating and players have tried many things in order to fix this bug, to no avail. Luckily, there is indeed a way to fix the Industrial Plant Bug in GTA Online, and we are going to explain what you need to do to resolve this pesky glitch. After that, you will be able to go to the Industrial Plant and complete the Survival there.
How to Fix Go to Industrial Plant GTA Online Glitch
The issue here is that when players try to go to the Industrial Plant in GTA Online to do the Survival job there, the game will then put up the mission loading screen for a long time, and after that – it will fail to actually start the Survival job itself. Players have tried all sorts of workarounds to get this to work. So far, this GTA Online tutorial bug seems to be affecting PC and Xbox One players. This bug started with the latest update to the game. As such, it will almost certainly get hotfixed very soon, since the developers have been made aware of this problem in the meantime.
Of course, if you do not want to wait for a hotfix, there is a relatively simple way to fix this bug. So, to resolve this bug, access this Mission in “Solo Mission”. Doing it like this will successfully begin the Mission. Then, even if you fail it, the game should work normally again. I found a fix for those who lost their properties. It resets your online progress; for whatever reason it does. So anyways if your properties disappeared- check by going on dynasty 8 and attempt to purchase a property. If you are prompted that ” you cannot purchase property until Simeon calls you” then you have been affected by this bug. To resolve it then you must enter Campaign/Story. Once you are in story mode enter online>invite only session. Once you are invite only session you must get Simeon to call you- to do this simply enter a convenience store and purchase a candy and begin to walk out. Simeon will call you and you will relive the cutscene; after the cutscene go on dynasty 8 and buy a bogus cheap property; once you do all your properties will reappear.

I had the issue with the lost properties. I messaged rockstar support and eventually they restored my apartment and motorcycle club. Problem now is that I don’t spawn in my apartment and my car doesn’t spawn next to me in the game or during missions. I’ve messaged them again and they said they can’t see the issue. The said to hard restart my Xbox which I did to refresh the cache but that didn’t work. It’s very annoying I have to steal a car to get to my apartment and I spawn in some random location even though I have my spawn point set to my apartment. Anyone else have this issue?
Had this problem for a week. No fox works at all. We need a big fix please. Just want to play GTA

Go story then solo session and join from there mine now works
By the way, go to a solo session, then complete a few rounds of the Industrial Plant survival. Then die after about 4 rounds. Then after click on ‘random’, this will take you to a random survival. Die again but this time straight away. Then afterwards, go to ‘freemode.’ Then you should ‘find new session’. If this out you in a solo session, then your in luck! What you have to do now is leave and go to ‘play GTA online’, when you did all of these steps, you should have all your jobs unlocked!!!!!!! I had the same problems as you guys it works 100%!!!!!!!
I just realised I had a spelling mistake I put ‘out’ instead of out sorry guys. Also, the ‘solo session’ is when you quit online for story mode and click on ‘solo session’ under t ‘online’.

I tried all of these things y’all saying to do and when I try to load into the industrial plant it won’t put me In and I just sit here and never get put in the mission and when i load back into the game it still shows me the industrial plant and won’t let me do anything else in the game, And some of my properties are still not showing up on the map

I went into a solo session went to the factory and before I walked into the circle I went Into the phone i quick mission and then walked into the circle did did it twice cleared the first wave and died the second one left then joined a new session and it worked
There’s nothing you can do. Mine won’t let me go to jobs in the phone or jobs in the pause menue.

Ok so I did the mission your way and it launched the mission correctly. But now it has like 100 blue race missions on my map.
Tried this, finally let me play the mission but still didn’t fix the glitch. I still can’t do any other missions or go to my house or garages.

Worked for me. -> Enter solo lobby – Online options – Match making closed – Remain host after – Enter the suvival and start it solo – Played 2 round/waves – die – Leave by “” Enter freeroam””
Works and if you keep getting put in lobbies with other people with matchmaking off turn it on then leave and turn it off then enter again

I did it but i destroyed myself and quit but now my house won’t pop up

After that you office and appartement are back on you map
I fixed the industrial plant glitch but my apartment and garage are gone What do I go to if I don’t have a hanger to get them back

bro this is so annoying the same thing is happening. annoyed at rockstars customers service its horrible we should not be having these problems after paying for the game.

It’s back for me in 2023, and Solo play is gone so I’m very stuck on what to do. I’ve been talking in circles with Rockstar for a month with no end in sight, it blows cause I can’t do anything in the game until it’s fixed.
