How to Apply Weapon Blueprints in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019?

To apply weapon blueprints in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019, the first thing to do is to go into Multiplayer and tab over to the Weapons section. Just keep in mind that you have to reach Player Rank 4 to use blueprints. Anyways, select Edit Loadouts, then click on any Custom Loadout. Select Primary or Secondary weapon, depending on where you wanna apply the blueprint. Then, scroll through the list. All the weapons that you have a blueprint for will have a little Armory icon next to them when highlighted.

Next up, find the blueprint in the bottom left corner of the screen. Select the one you want, and apply it. Boom, you now have a way more powerful weapon without having to grind.
