How to Get Trophy Crystals in FFXIV

In order to bag up some Trophy Crystals, what you need to do is participate in the aforementioned Crystalline Conflict mode. Crystalline Conflict is a new PvP mode, in which you can participate via the PvP menu. Find the mode and partake in battles. You’ll earn some Crystals for participating and levelling your Series Malmstones, but the better you are the more Trophy Crystals you’ll receive.

Given that PvP is a ranked-based system, it’s not only about winning, you’ll also need to grind ranks to earn more TC. Essentially, the more you level up your Series Malmstones the more money in the bag you’ll secure. As we’ve already mentioned, this is a limited-time mode, so make sure to grind while it is available.

Where to Turn in Trophy Crystals in FFXIV

Final Fantasy 14 Trophy Crystals are inseparable from the Patch 6.1 and the Endwalker expansion. Being that they are exclusive to the latest content, the only way to spend them is at unique new vendors. The merchant where you can turn in TC is located at Wolves’ Den Pier. The selection of items you will be able to purchase is limited to content added with the 1.6 update. These are some of the items which you can obtain in exchange for Trophy Crystals:

  • Protonaught Minion – 1,000 Trophy Crystals
  • Wolf Barding – 1,000 Trophy Crystals

With that said, that’s all you need to know about FFXIV Trophy Crystals. While you are here, check out some of our other FFXIV 6.1 guides, like how to use Aglaia Coin or how to get the Pod 602 mount.
