The Autelina Palace is a large loop. To the southwest, you will find the meeting room. Once there, read the note on the desk at the back of the room. It tells you to retrieve the key from the office but is secretive about which room the release mechanism is in. After this, there are some notes in the staff quarters you can read, at the bookcase to the left and table at the back of the room.

You should then travel to the office to pick up the noble room key. It will be on a circular table near the windows. In the noble room, you will get a cutscene featuring other characters from Tales of Arise. The advice will be to check the barracks or meeting room for clues to the release mechanism.

The barracks are next to the staff quarters in the northwest of the palace. Go to the bookcase in the top right of the room. You will find a message about returning the key to a specific cabinet. Travel back to the office and check the cabinet in the bottom right of the room. A yellow star above will give you a clue as to where it is. You will get a duplicate Lords Quarter key from here.

The Lords Quarter is in the bottom right of the map. Use the duplicate key to enter. Once you are inside, you will face resistance. After this, travel through the next door. A terminal will be in the room that you can use to release the mechanism in Tales of Arise.
