Judging by the pre-release footage and other promotional material, the game looks to be very faithful to the look and feel of the original movies, which is always a good thing. No matter which gaming platform you own and play Ghostbusters Spirits: Unleashed on, be it PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, or PC, you are going to be able to play cross-platform with your friends.

This is great news, as GB: SU is all about teamwork. Specifically, four players that take on the role of Ghostbusters-in-training, trying to track down and capture a player that is playing as a ghost. That’s right, you are going to be able to play as an actual ghost from Ghostbusters. Naturally, the Ghost will have many supernatural powers that they can use to evade and thwart Ghostbusters players. Though, the Ghostbusters are far from defenseless, as they are going to be outfitted with all of the classic GB gear, including the iconic Proton Pack. The game looks like it could be a lot of fun, and the perfect chance to live out the Ghostbusters fantasy – from both GB and Ghost perspectives.
