How to Make Ral Rune Diablo 2 Resurrected
To make the Ral rune in Diablo 2 Resurrected, you need to place three Tal runes into the Horadric Cube and transmute them. You can also get the Ral rune by farming The Countess on Normal difficulty and above. Another option is to play The Hellforge on Normal difficulty and above, and its an Act 3 difficulty drop. When socketed into a weapon, it grants you 5 to 30 Fire Damage, and if you place the rune into and armor or shield, you’ll get 30% or 35% Fire Resistance, respectively. It raises the item’s level requirement to 19. You can use it in Runewords like Ancient’s Pledge, Bramble, Call to Arms, Enlightenment, Grief, Holy Thunder, Insight, King’s Grace, Leaf, and Principle.

In helms, armor and shields, it gives you 15% Mana Regeneration. Just keep in mind that it raises the level requirement of the item to 15.
