How to Exit Full Screen Ni No Kuni Cross Worlds Windowed Mode

As you are probably aware by now, a bunch of gameplay mechanics in Ni No Kuni Cross Worlds can be automated, with minimum involvement from the player. This can be easily switched on and off. Thus, players can choose how they want to play the game at any given moment. Automated playing is especially nice when you want to play the game but also have other things to work on.

In these situations, is useful to know that you can easily switch between a windowed mode and full screen whenever you want. The Full-Screen mode is the default, and there’s seemingly no option to switch it. However, here’s what you need to do. To switch to Windowed Mode, just hit Alt + Enter! The game doesn’t have a native command for this, but this is a windows shortcut which allows you to switch to a windowed mode whilst playing games.

Now, when you have Window Mode activated, you might want to move the window around your desktop. For example, from your primary to your secondary monitor. This can be done as well! Here’s what you need to do:

  • Hold Shift and right-click on the game’s icon on the taskbar.
  • Select “Move”.
  • Press arrow keys down to reveal the border.
  • From there, just click on a border and drag the window around just like any other window in Windows.
