How to Turn On Video Camera Phasmophobia

To turn on the video camera in Phasmophobia, you just have to pick it up and take it out of the truck. It’ll start working automatically as soon as you step outside. I know some people try fiddling with it inside the truck and it refusing to turn on. I can’t blame you, because most other tools can be turned on instantly. But yeah, you need to do is just step out, and it’ll start recording all on its own. One thing that we do have to mention is that you need to place the camera where you want it, not drop it. So, you have to press F (or L2 / Left Trigger), and not G. If you just drop the camera, it won’t record at all.

Phasmophobia Video Camera Not Working Bug

The video camera not working bug in Phasmophobia seems to be appearing after the latest update, where people can’t seem to turn the video camera on. As I understand it, before the update dropped, you had to turn the video camera on manually. This might have lead to people trying to turn it on as they usually would, but now all you need to do is just exit the truck. I might be wrong here, so let me know in the comments if I am. Also, feel free to leave any fix that you might have found for it. Also, if I may throw in my two cents: get the head-mounted cameras as soon as you can. They are gonna save you so much trouble.
