One of the few games that take this approach, Tarkov has scores of dedicated fans all over the world, and with good reason. This is down to regular content updates, but also the so-called Wipe mechanic. What this means is that, from time to time, EFT players are going to get knocked back to Level 1 and have their gear removed. This not only gives everyone an even playing field, but also makes sure that the game stays feeling fresh and exciting. So if you are wondering when you can expect the next Escape From Tarkov Wipe date and the countdown to it, we’re here to tell you everything that we know about it.

Escape From Tarkov Wipe Date – When Is The Next Tarkov Wipe

While we currently don’t yet know the precise date when the Tarkov Wipe is coming, we do know that it is scheduled to arrive sometime this December. This has been confirmed by the devs themselves on their own EFT 2023 Roadmap. As for how often does Tarkov wipe, well, it depends, but usually this occurs every couple of months. For example, the last several Tarkov Wipes dates happened at the following times: August 10th, 2023 / December 28th, 2022 / June 28th, 2022 / December 12th, 2021 / June 30th, 2021 / December 24th, 2020.

So, as you can see, the Wipes typically happen at around every 200 days or so. Though, the last time the game experienced a Wipe was over 220 days ago, which is the longest time yet. In any case, we can expect the Tarkov Wipe date in December, which is only a couple of weeks away. So in the meantime, let the Tarkov Wipe countdown commence. Hopefully, we won’t have to wait too long.
