To begin with, the first thing that you are going to need to do is to install The Laugh Floor Update once it is out. Here’s when you can expect this Update 9 to be out. Once you have intalled the update, you will need to go through the usual process of completing a couple of introductionary quests first. This is the way that this has worked for every major character in every update up until now, and we have no reason to think it will be any different in this case.

Once you have completed this quest-chain, you will then receive a Friendship Quest for Sully. Complete that, and you will have unlocked Sully in Disney Dreamlight Valley. As the update has only just dropped, we still haven’t had the chance to play through this to confirm everything.
