How to Redeem Pre Order Items in Horizon Forbidden West

To redeem your pre order items in Horizon Forbidden West, as well as the Digital Deluxe, Collector and other editions, you need to complete the game’s prologue first. By that, I mean in-game items like the Nora Thunder outfit and sling and that sort of thing. So, just play through the beginning hour or so, give or take. Eventually, you’ll come across the first settlement, in which you’ll find your Stash. Their mark on the map and compass is like a large chest with antlers on the top. Open the stash, and you’ll find all of your bonus stuff. So, yeah; you can’t get these items from the get-go; you have to earn them, as it were.

Collector Edition Codes & Nora Pre Order Pack not Working Horizon Forbidden West

So, that’s how to redeem your Horizon Forbidden West pre order and Collector edition items and other stuff, but if your Collector Edition and Nora pre order pack codes are not working, that’s a whole different matter. You’ll have to take that up with PlayStation Support. That is an issue on their end that only they can fix. Do not, and I repeat, do not come at the developers. Nobody from Guerilla Games can help with the code problems, especially not the development team. If the game itself is giving you trouble, that’s a whole other thing (and even then, be nice to them). The codes, however, are entirely under the purview of PlayStation.
