Far Cry 6 Release Date - Ignite The Guerilla Revolution

Far Cry 6 has officially gotten a release date and you will soon be able to ignite the guerilla revolution in Yara! This newest entry will be set in Yara, a tropical island nation ruled by a ruthless dictator. El Presidente Antón Castillo, brought to digital life by Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad, The Mandalorian) is the game’s main antagonist. Players will take on the role of Dani Rojas, a local Yaran youth, who is swept up in the unfolding revolution. Dani can be male or female, and will need to make use of their resourcefulness and an arsenal of “resolver” weapons and tools. When is The Far Cry 6 Release Date?

Far Cry 6 will be released October 7, 2021. Set for a worldwide release, it will be available on all major platforms: Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Stadia, Amazon Luna and Windows PC on the Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Store.

Ubisoft recently released several new trailers for Far Cry 6. The Dani Rojas trailer introduces our protagonist and supporting cast. The Gameplay Deep Dive trailer explains and showcases the rules of guerilla fighting. Finally, the Lions of Yara trailer presents the Antón & Diego Castillo figurine. This figurine includes the code for “The Lion of Yara” weapon charm.

Players will be able to team up with Chorizo the wiener dog or Guapo the pet crocodile. If you pre-order Far Cry 6, you will get access to the “Libertad Pack”. This pack includes an additional cosmetic for Chorizo – the “Libertad Outfit” and the “Discos Locos” weapon. Players that have bought Far Cry 6 on the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One will get a free upgrade to the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S.
