They’re all based on popular superheroes from the DC universe, including Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Cyborg, and so on. The new vehicles are the two different versions of the Batmobile: one from the ’89 Tim Burton Movie, and the other is the Tumbler from Dark Knight Rises.

The new DLC pack for Rocket League, called “DC Super Heroes”, is now out. As the name clearly hints, the DLC contains a bunch of different cosmetic items based on popular heroes from the DC universe. The list includes Aquaman, Batman, Superman, The Flash, Wonder Woman, Cyborg, Green Lantern, and Green Arrow. This includes various decals, player banners, wheels and speed force boosts, as detailed in the announcement. There’s also one player banner with just the DC logo. The Flash wheels and player banner, as well as the DC logo banner were already part of the Collector’s Edition released earlier.

Of course, the main draw of the DC Super Heroes DLC are the two different versions of the Batmobile. The first one is the classic design from the 1989 Tim Burton Batman. The other one is the Tumbler from The Dark Knight Rises. The colors are kind of a combo between the military version of the Tumbler and the black, Batmobile version. The DC Super Heroes DLC will cost you $3.99, or whatever your local equivalent is. For some reason, the announcement makes sure to mention that the DLC requires you to own a copy of the game. Not sure why that needs to be pointed out, but there you are.

Along with the DLC, Rocket League also got a new update, along with the patch notes. There’s a small handful of bug fixes and new features, as well as the appearance of Season 6 – Diamond reward wheels.
