Litwick Community Day Release Date & Time

The Pokemon GO Litwick Community Day release date and time are Saturday, October 15th at 2 PM local time. The event is going to wrap up three hours later, at 5 PM local. During these hours, Litwick is going to be spawning much more often, and yes, it can be shiny (as can all its evolutions, Lampent and Chandelure). If you evolve a Lampent into Chandelure during the event or five hours later, it will now the Poltergeist Charged Attack. To help you out, you’ll be able to earn up to five Unova Stones by completing free Timed Research during the Community Day.

From 5 PM to 10 pm on the 15th, Lampent will be appearing in four-star Raids. You’ll only be able to access them with Raid Passes and Premium Battle Passes. No Remote Raid Passes, because Niantic. If you emerge victorious, more Litwick will be appearing around that gym for thirty minutes. Oh, and there are Litwick-themed stickers in the shop, as well as the usual paid Field Notes special research story.
