Can Guzzlord Be Shiny in Pokemon GO

No, Guzzlord cannot be shiny in Pokemon GO. And before you get snarky with me, yes, I know the new Pokemon has yet to launch. Of course it can’t be shiny before the Greedy Gluttons event, when Guzzlord making its debut. That’s beginning on November 7th, and the giant-mouthed Pokemon will also be in five-star Raids from November 9th to November 23rd. However, there will still be no shiny version of Guzzlord in the foreseeable future. Will Niantic add the special version of Guzzlord at some point? Maybe, things like that have happened. However, don’t expect to catch it during Greedy Gluttons or during the November 2022 Raids. It’s a bummer, but at least it’s also one less shiny you have to worry about.

So, that’s all there is to say about shiny Guzzlord in Pokemon GO in 2022. If you are a fan of Pokemon as a franchise, then you know that it does have a special variant elsewhere. It’s one of the most easily distinguishable shiny Pokemon you could possibly imagine. Instead of being black as night, the shiny Guzzlord is bright white, with terrifying, red lips. It kinda looks like Pennywise the clown. There’s no way you can mix the two up. Therefore, if Niantic ever decide to add a shiny Guzzlord, you’ll be able to tell the difference immediately. Be sure to try and capture it as soon as you’re done screaming in terror.
