The Baneful Fox mask comes with the Hisuian Growlithe Kimono Set. Both are free gifts, given to people who are early purchasers of Pokemon Legends Arceus. Redeeming the gifts must take place before Monday, May 9th, 2022.

Pokemon Arceus has a Mystery Gifts feature in the game. Go to this menu and select the ‘Get via internet’ option. As long as you do this before 4:59 pm PDT, then it should arrive. The Mystery Gifts feature won’t unlock until you have clocked up around two hours of playtime. Though you do need an internet connection to claim your reward, you won’t need a paid Nintendo Switch online membership to claim the Baneful Fox mask in Pokemon Legends.

Expectations are that the Mystery Gifts function will yield more drops as the game continues. Featured in previous Pokemon games, it often provided rewards like balls and Pokemon-related items for free. This is usually done by providing codes.
