Pokemon Sword & Shield Vitamins Location – Where to Buy?

To buy vitamins in Pokemon Sword & Shield, such as Zinc, Iron, Calcium, HP Up, etc, you should visit the Pokemon Center near the entrance into Wyndon. That’s the town you’ll go to after getting your 8th badge, where the Pokemon League HQ is. If you fast travel to Wyndon, the flying taxi will drop you off right at the door of the Pokemon Center that you’re looking for. If you need visual assistance, check out the screenshots below.

When you walk into the Pokemon Center, head to the two gentleman manning the store on the right. Talk to the one on the right and browse his wares. He’ll be selling all kinds of Pokemon Vitamins, like HP Up, Iron, Calcium, Zinc, Protein, and Carbos. The only catch is that they cost 10,000 each. By this point, you’ll probably have a decent amount of cash at your disposal, but even so, this is really, really expensive. Make sure you know what you’re buying and why, and be careful which Pokemon you’re giving it to. You don’t want to waste a Vitamin by accident.
