How to Solve RE3 Nest 2 Lab Vaccine Synthesis Puzzle?

To solve the Nest 2 Lab vaccine synthesis puzzle in the Resident Evil 3 remake, you first have to put the vaccine base into the machine. To do that, simply approach the machine and press X (or whatever it is on your platform). Then, select the vaccine base from your inventory, and hit Use. Now, you have to make sure that all three of the sliders end up in the middle by switching them to Low, Mid, or High. The solution is as follows: MID – HIGH – LOW.

I remember this puzzle from the original game, and how much I hated it with a fiery passion. First off, it locks you into that puzzle screen (at least, it did back then) until you solve it. Second, it’s a dumb and pointless puzzle that really could be more cerebral and less random. I hate it, and I hate that it’s back in this game. But, at least, with this guide, you won’t have to suffer through the same nonsense as me.

Now that I’ve gotten that out of my system, let’s wrap this up. If you have more problems with the game, check out some of our other Resident Evil 3 remake guides. Among other stuff, we’ve written Downtown Safe Combination, Subway Train Route Puzzle Solution, and Locker Codes in Police Station.
