Skye Larsen’s Fate – Destroy or Upload

After you’ve solved all the puzzles and gotten past all the enemies, you’ll find yourself in a room with Skye Larsen. A brief conversation ensues, in which you’ll find out that she can’t really stop you from doing whatever you want with her. You’ll have a choice then – two consoles on either side of the vat. One will upload her to the world wide web, the other will kill her.

The choice is purely for roleplaying purposes, thankfully. No matter what you choose, you won’t lose any allies or opportunities down the road. If you choose to kill her, she’ll beg you not to, but both Bagley and Nowt will agree with your decision.

If you pick the option to upload her and preserve her personality, despite all she’s done, Nowt will protest a bit. She’ll call you afterwards and apologize, so no harm done. Well, apart from the murder. That harmed someone at least.

All in all, it’s an incosequential choice, like so many before it. No matter what you do, the story will stay its course, so it’s all down to personal preference. If you’re asking me, after mowing down hundreds of pedestrians and shooting countless Albion and Clan Kelley, what’s one more notch on the belt?
