Looters

On your travails through Velen, you will occasionally encounter groups of peasants, usually six men strong (with two sometimes on horseback), looting the many corpses strewn about the land. The peasants are hostile, so you can either avoid them or confront them.

There is also the Woodland Gang – group of five infantrymen and three riders. They can be found on the wooded path to the east of Heatherton, northwest of the Wolven Glade.
