How to Improve Pokemon Sword & Shield Rotom Bike?

To improve your Rotom Bike in Pokemon Sword & Shield, you have to play through the game until you reach Motostoke. Just outside of Motostoke, to the south, you’ll find several vendors. One of them is going to offer you several options regarding your bike, including the Rotom Rally. However, what you want to select is, obviously, the “Improve my bike” option. The upgrade will cost you 1,000 Watts, which shouldn’t be too expensive for you at this stage of the game. The improvement gives your bike extra power, allowing it to charge up the turbo boost faster.

Incidentally, you can also change your Rotom Bike outfit color at this same vendor (this Wild Area, incidentally, is called East Lake Axewell). Just select the “makeover” option. What he’ll offer you will depend on which Pokemon Type is in the first place of your Party. However, this is not the same place where you get the Water Rotom Bike upgrade. You’ll get that later on in the game, when you get to Route 9. Those are the two Rotom Bike upgrades that you can find in the game. If you’ve come across any others, please, let us know in the comments.

That’s about all there is to it for this one. We’ve got a whole bunch of other Pokemon Sword & Shield guides for you to check out, in case some other aspect of the game is giving you headaches. To name just a few, we’ve written Meowth Kanto Regular Form, Type: Null Legendary Pokemon, and Change Pokemon Nature.
