If you’re not happy with the choices you’ve made during character creation, you can easily change your appearance or your gender. All you need is access to Ramsgate, which you’ll get after the tutorial. When you land in the city, turn right and go to the middle stall. It’s the one operated by Gregario Flynt, the one that deals in hunt pass stuff. You’ll see a mirror there, in front of the merch. Interact with the mirror, and you’ll be taken to the character customization screen. You can do this as many times as you like, and it’s completely free of charge.
How to change pronouns & gender identity in Dauntless?
If you’ve changed your gender using the mirror in Ramsgate, you’ll probably want to change the way characters address you as well. Thankfully, you can change your pronouns as well. This isn’t done through a vendor or item, but through a menu option. Open up the menu, then click the options button in the lower right corner. Navigate to the gameplay tab and look near the bottom. You’ll see a gender identity option with three choices – feminine, masculine and neutral.
