Climb up it, and then jump towards the corridor. Go into the large room to the left and feel free to loot everything. The code itself is in a brown envelope on the coffee table in the middle. In case you don’t feel like doing the climbing, the code is 313. Climb back down to the safe and open it to get an inhibitor.
