Where to find Meteorite Staff in Elden Ring

The Meteorite Staff is an excellent early game Elden Ring weapon for Intelligence-based caster characters. While it doesn’t provide the player with any Skill, it has S Intelligence scaling (as well as D Strength scaling) with only an 18 Intelligence and 6 Strength stats requirement. This Glintstone Staff also provides a very useful passive boon to Gravity-type Sorceries, though it cannot be upgraded. As you can see, it is very powerful, even though it has a couple of downsides as well. Of course, in order to use it, you will need to find it first, and our Elden Ring Meteorite Staff Location guide is here to tell you where it is.

How to Get Meteorite Staff in Elden Ring

The Meteorite Staff can be found in the Caelid region. More specifically, in the Swamp of Aenoia, southwest from the Street of Sages Ruins. We have marked the exact location in the screenshot down below, so you won’t need to spend too much time wandering around looking for the correct spot on the map. Once you are in this location, you will see a flight of stairs that are leading to a room. Climb the stairs and go into this chamber. Inside, there are several Poison Flower enemies. Take care of these. You will notice the remains of a body that is dangling from the window there. Pillage these remains and you will find the Meteorite Staff there. A great weapon, but don’t forget that you cannot upgrade it with Ashes of War.

One last thing to note here is that it seems that, if you are playing the base game without the Day 1 patch, the Meteorite Staff won’t appear in this location. Once you update the game to the latest version, you should be able to get it here. So, if it is missing from that place in your game, update your Elden Ring with the newest patch and it should be there.

Very early in your exploration of Elden Ring world you will find out that you need to prepare your character for different tasks. You'll need to learn how to use Ashes of War, how to two-hand weapons, or use magic spells during the course of your adventures. Many secrets are also waiting for you, such as, a hostile NPC Sellen that doesn't let you see her shop, an invisible man in a bush, or a huge turtle with a bell that lets you duplicate some very important items.
