Fallout 4 Launch Trailer Released

Bethesda has just released the launch trailer for Fallout 4. The new video consists partly of old footage, stuff we’ve seen at convention demoes and presentations, but also new scenes, with never before seen characters and places.

Narrated by one of the characters, Ron Pearlman and the female protagonist, the trailer hints at the overarching story.

It mentions the Institute, an underground facility and people with bad intentions. Also, a whole bunch of synths. It’s also filled to the brim with Power Armor. There’s obviously going to be a lot of that going on.

There’s characters we already know like Preston Garvey and Piper, and then there’s the new ones, like the ghould with the tricorn hat or the megalomaniacal faction leader with the sheepskin coat. At least he seems like one. Maybe he’s just a real guy.

A bunch of new locations are showcased as well, and they all look more than a bit sad. At one point, a zeppelin flies through the sky – hopefully, it’s not just an ornament, but a place we can visit or even steer.

Fallout 4 is going to be released on November 10th, on PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
