That’s the “Tab” button if you’re on PC; basically, just press whichever button is in the bottom right of your screen. Once you’ve opened the inventory, you’ll see the “Wardrobe” option just below it on the left side of the screen. From there, you can change your companion, hats, glasses, shoes, jewelry, and many different clothing items. Another way simply press the button dedicated to opening the wardrobe directly.
