The Disney Dreamlight Valley Ho! Ho! Ho! Festive Duty is one of the holiday tasks you can do in the game. As the name implies, you have to play Santa and give Christmas gifts to the villagers. Disney Dreamlight Valley Ho! Ho! Ho! Festive Duty & Festive Wrapping Paper

The Ho Ho Ho Festive Duty in Disney Dreamlight Valley requires you to make ten presents and give them to different villagers. To do that, you first need to collect Festive Wrapping Paper. This item is not in the game at time of writing; we’ve only gotten access to it by moving the date on our platform to December 19th. When the time comes, you’ll be able to find rolls of Wrapping Paper randomly spawning around the Plaza and the Village. Only four spawn in one day. From there, you can craft one of four types of presents, as detailed in the list below.

  • Naughty Gift – 1x Festive Wrapping Paper, 1x Coal Ore
  • Shiny Gift – 1x Festive Wrapping Paper, 1x Shiny Emerald, 1x Shiny Ruby
  • Delicious Gift – 1x Festive Wrapping Paper, 1x Hot Cocoa, 1x Minnie’s Gingerbread Cookies
  • Handcrafted Gift – 1x Festive Wrapping Paper, 1x Holiday Feast Chair

Now, completing the Disney Dreamlight Valley Ho Ho Ho Festive Duty does have one important limitation – you can’t give the same present to the same villager twice. It won’t count. For example, if you’ve given Remy the Delicious Gift already, don’t do that again. You can give him one of the other three, but not the Delicious. It’s a waste of Wrapping Paper and other crafting ingredients. With that said, I don’t know if gifting someone a Christmas present that matches their theme gives you a bigger friendship boost. If it does, feel free to let us know in the comments.
