How to Fix Val 51 Error Code

To fix the Val 51 Valorant error code, the first thing you should do before anything else is to check whether the servers are down. You can go to Riot’s website or any of the appropriate social media accounts to see if there’s any server maintenance going on. If there is, you’ll have to wait until it’s over. If not, well, then you do have to try and solve the issue yourself. The first thing you can do is simply restart Riot’s client and then boot the game up again. That usually takes care of the problem.

If that doesn’t help, then you might have to uninstall Riot Vanguard and then reinstall it. Restart your PC for good measure, and try to run Valorant again. This should get rid of the issue. If it doesn’t, then I’m afraid you’ll have to contact support. However, simply restarting the client usually takes care of the Val 51 error code in Valorant. And while we’re on the subject, you should avoid switching between windows by pressing Alt+Tab while the game and the launcher are running. Apparently, this can sometimes cause error code 51 to appear.

So, that’s how you fix one of the many different errors in Valorant. If you happen to encounter any other of them, you should check out some of our other guides. Our list of articles include stuff like Error 31 Code Fix, Van 1067 Error Code Fix, and Error 43, 39 and 59 Code Fix, among many others. I think you might find some of them useful.
