You can use Steam, Reddit, or the official website for that stuff. Hopefully, things get better as soon as possible.

Horizon Zero Dawn Developers Address PC Port Problems

So, uh… the PC port of Horizon Zero Dawn is not doing that great, as the current “Mixed” rating on Steam indicates. It’s not due to any review bombing or anything, either. The issue is that the port has been experiencing a ton of problems. People are reporting crashes, stuttering framerates, bugs and glitches of various sorts, the works. To make things even more interesting, some players haven’t had any hiccups at all. So, who knows what’s actually going on.

Fortunately, the developers are well aware of everything that’s going on, and they’re paying attention to everything you’re saying. As they stated in their post on Steam: “We have been monitoring all of our channels and are aware that some players have been experiencing crashes and other technical issues. Please know that we are investigating your reports as our highest priority.” They encourage you to keep reporting issues that you may encounter.

And, well, there you have it. Guerilla Games is on the case, and, with any luck, they’ll be able to fix the game up soon. Anyways, if you’re new to the game, you might get stuck in some places. If that happens, allow me to redirect you to our list of Horizon Zero Dawn guides.
