In order to pull that off, you’re going to have to unlock the Shatter Spin attack under the Combat skill tree. Then, go into a mission and find yourself a nice, large group of enemies; preferably, locate a bunch that aren’t too powerful. No reason to put your life at risk.

Once you find such a group of enemies, hold R2 and L2 to lift a big old chunk of debris. Then, leap into the air by pressing X (or whatever it is on your platform), and then hit Triangle to execute the attack. If you’ve done everything properly, you’ll see the progress bar move. Rinse and repeat as many times as necessary. Considering how relentless this game is with its grind, this challenge isn’t even that bad.
