Sometimes, you’ll also need it for certain requests, like “Deliver Palamute Gear Materials.” So, of course, you’re gonna have to figure out where to find Machalite Ore sooner or later. Where to find Machalite Ore Locations in Monster Hunter Rise

You find Monster Hunter Rise Machalite Ore locations randomly from the mining outcrops. The first time we’ve encountered it was in the Sandy Plains area. Basically, you just have to go from outcrop to outcrop, and test your luck. You might have to revisit certain areas and mine again until you have what you need. Luckily, the game’s loop hinges on going back to places you’ve already been in, so that shouldn’t be too much of an issue. In the screenshots below, you’ll see where we found outcrops in Sandy Plains, and what they look like.

These aren’t the only mining outcrops where you can find Machalite Ore. As we understand it, it can also spawn in Flooded Forest and Lava Caverns.
