Find the notes.
North of Reardon Manor you’ll find a cluster of burned huts to the right of the road. There is a wooden entrance to an underground cellar close by, but is blocked by a door. A level 9 ghoul lurks in the shadows around the entrance, so prepare for a fight.
Kill the ghoul, open the cellar door, and go down. There is a corpse on some kind of wooden bed on the right. Search it and take the Crumpled Notes
