To get preorder bonuses and deluxe edition items in Destiny 2 Shadowkeep, you’ll have to play through the introductory mission first. I’ll try to keep spoilers to a minimum, so sorry for the vagueness. After a confrontation with a boss, the game will teleport you elsewhere, where you’ll meet Eris Morn. A short cutscene will play, after which you’ll be on the Moon. Right in front of you is where Eris Morn will be.

Basically, you can’t help but talk with Eris at this stage, since speaking with her is a step in the main mission. So, approach her and listen to what she has to say. After that, accept the quest she offers. Then, you’ll be in her store page, for lack of a better term. This is where you’ll find your preorder and Deluxe Edition bonuses. You’ll get the Chasing Kitsune weapon ornament and the Two-Tailed Fox rocket launcher for preordering. The Deluxe Edition items include the Benighted Omen emblem, the Hearing Whispers emote, and the Eris Morn Shell for your Ghost.
