Discovery Tour: Viking Age is a newly released educational experience and is free to Assassins Creed Valhalla Players. Set in the world of the game, it provides an interactive experience about Viking life. Users can complete quests and get to know the real-life lore and history of the era. Viking Age takes the world in which Valhalla was set in. It switches the focus to an immersive educational experience. Players can learn in-depth about the history, traditions, and pioneers in the Viking and Anglo-Saxon worlds. Interactivity and narrative are at the core of the experience. Previous titles have explored the worlds of Ancient Greece and Egypt.
Assassin’s Creed Discovery Tour: Viking Age
It does this by using two creative pillars. These are “Learning by doing” and “History through stories”. By taking part in eight quests, players take the role of people who lived and worked in these cultures at the time. They will visit real-world places like Norway and England, and religious areas such as Jotunheim and Asgard.
With the title, Ubisoft is aiming to blend the educational experience with a videogame. Archaeologists, historians, and academics were all part of its construction. Over 150 true-to-life historical highlights are in the game. These teach about everything from daily life, to law, science, and the arts.
The game is free for all current players of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. A PC standalone version is available on the Epic Games store. It will also release as a standalone on major consoles such as Xbox and PlayStation in the near future. You can also play it for free if you subscribe to Ubisoft+.
