What to Choose in AC Valhalla Wrath of the Druids DLC Ending – I Can’t Kill You or Honorable Death
What you choose in the end of the AC Valhalla Wrath of the Druids DLC – I Can’t Kill You or Honorable Death – will impact the ending in a very major way. Again, we’re going to keep spoilers to an absolute minimum, but if you don’t wanna read any further, know that choosing “I Can’t Kill You” is the happy ending. So, if that’s all you wanted to know, pick that. Now, let’s get into some more detail.
If you choose “an honorable death,” Eivor will dispatch the other person swiftly. The second combatant is willing to die as a sacrifice to the gods, but it is a fairly sad resolution. The king will then mourn the death, and destroy the trouble-causing artifact in order to keep Ireland safe in the future. From there, you just need to watch the epilogue, which is relatively similar in both cases.
If you choose “I can’t kill you,” Eivor will spare the other person and convince them to basically change sides. They then destroy the artifact together, and the epilogue plays shortly afterwards. Considering that everyone survives in this ending, and everyone is largely happy, I’d consider this the happy ending, no contest.
