Arkham Knight HQ Riddle Solutions | Batman AK

Arkham Knight HQ is the last major area you’ll gain access to in Batman: Arkham Knight. This secret base is home to several riddles – puzzles written in verse, which require you to discover the location or object they refer to and investigate it.

Solving them grants you access to Gotham City Stories – bits of lore and character backgrounds. In this guide, we’re going to show you the solutions to all Arkham Knight HQ Riddles and which stories they unlock.


Solving riddles is done by approaching the object, then pressing and holding the button you use to enter detective mode. If you’re stuck with riddles in one of the previous zones, take a look at one of our earlier guides:

Costume Riddle

Solving this one gives you access to the Down the Rabbit Hole story. While in the tunnels, go to the shops behind the orange fence in the southern part of Level 4. You’ll see a bunch of rabbit costumes in one of the windows. Approach them and investigate.

Bug Riddle

Solving it unlocks the Critter story. While you’re in the building part of the HQ, go to the south hall and look for an inaccessible room filled with flying bugs and green gas. Go near the window and examine it.

Corkboard Riddle

Unlocks a story called The Fall when you solve it. Go to the western hall of the HQ building. Look for a bunch of crates stacked next to a red curtain. On their right, you’ll see a corkboard. Approach it and investigate.
