The Mushroom Armor set can be found deep inside Seethewater Cave, in the Mt. Gelmir area. To be able to get inside here, you will need two Stonesword Keys. There are many enemies here, including Rats and Servants of Rot. Carefully make your way down the cave until you reach a room with a Giant Poison Flower.

There is a dead body directly in front of this Flower. You do not need to fight it in order to loot it. If you are quick enough, you can rush in, loot the body, and get out. In any case, your reward for braving this toxic cave is the complete Mushroom Armor set. It consists of: Mushroom Head, Mushroom Body, Mushroom Arms, and Mushroom Legs.
