This unlocks Camp Maximas, in which you can find a note on a pillar which will start the “Boom or Bust” Yaran story. This will take you directly to Boom Boom’s location. Boom Boom is in the southwest of the town of Feroza in the north of Balaceras. You can follow the train tracks in the west of Feroza to the depot.
