How to Equip Binoculars in Ghost Recon Breakpoint?

To equip the binoculars in Ghost Recon Breakpoint, you have to put them in the correct slot. Now, what I bet you weren’t expecting is that the binoculars go into one of the Consumables slots, which are in the bottom left corner of the menu. That’s the place where you slot in syringes, rations, your water canteen, and so on. The only clue you have here is that the binoculars have the infinity symbol in the corner where the usual number of consumables would be. Why they decided to make it this way, I honestly could not tell you.

So, yeah; slot the binoculars in one of the Consumables slots, and you’re good. If you want to use them, open the item wheel by pressing and holding R1, or whatever the equivalent on your platform is. Once you see them in the bottom left corner, you can then hit L1 to view your surroundings through the binoculars. The game will explain how the controls in this “mode” work. And, that’s all there is to it. I have no idea why binoculars are consumables, but there you have it. Now you know what to do.
