Besides all the other obvious boons that upgrading your village is going to get you, doing this is also going to attract other famous Fortnite characters to it. This includes Meowscles as well. Of course, if you want Meowscles to stick around, you will also need to have a free bed for them to sleep in. So simply keep playing the game and keep upgrading your Village and Meowscles is going to appear there at some point. You may have to upgrade it all the way until you get lucky enough for Meowscles to arrive.
