How to Get Guardians of the Galaxy Flooded Area Chest in Chapter 2

To get the flooded area chest in Guardians of the Galaxy Chapter 2, you actually have to wait until Chapter 7. At that point, you’ll be exploring through the same facility. As you do so, you’ll eventually come across the same flooded area. However, this time around, there’s electricity going through the water. The first order of business is to shut that off. You do so by turning on Star-Lord’s scanner and follow the yellow line to the switch on the wall. By that, I mean, you see that little thing with blue arrows pointing to the right? Shoot the little panel to the left of it with the electric gun.

This turns off the electricity, so it’s safe to walk. However, there’s still the matter of actually reaching the dang thing. Well, all you need to do is command Gamora to cut away the pipes that are in your way. That’s how to get the Guardians of the Galaxy flooded area chest seen in Chapter 2 – with a little help from your friends. Open the chest to get the Nova Corps outfit for Gamora. Side note: for some of the collectibles in this chapter, you need Nikki’s keycard, which you get in Chapter 2 if you make the right choice at one junction.
