D-Dog is a buddy in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. This companion is a wild dog you’ll find during your adventures, and can aid you in combat in various ways.

How to unlock D-Dog
When you pass near him, he’ll start barking. Don’t worry if you miss his bark, Ocelot will contact you via radio to tell you about the puppy. If you stop when you hear the barking or get the transmission, DD will come to you. You simply use the Fulton device on him, and he’ll be waiting for you at Mother Base.
We found him in Afghanistan, by the side of a road directly north of Spugmay Keep, in the farthest south of the map.
I was on a hill to the south west of Wahk Sind Barracks scouting the barracks so I could infiltrate it, sometime early, maybe after mission 3, in free roam, when the puppy found me. Went to the spot this guide (and others) said it would be, but still having not done more missions, thinking it was just a different puppy I extracted, and I wasn’t able to find him. Few missions later, after the puppy’s been yapping at me on Motherbase, Ocelot nearly accosts me, going on about how he trained the dog better then people or something.
So anyway, the spot in this guide definitely isn’t the set in stone place to find the puppy that becomes D Dog, the puppy literally came and found me.

I got two dogs. I think ddog is a specific dog.
I extracted the dog but diddnt get no cut scene how do i still get this dog?
