Resident Evil 7 Steroids Locations - How to increase max health

Steroids are items in Resident Evil 7. They’re syringes filled with fluids used to enhance your character, by permanently increasing his maximum health. There aren’t many of them, so you should try to pick up as much as you can. While some have been left in plain sight, others may be well hidden. In this guide, we’re going to show you all Resident Evil 7 steroid locations.

Where to find steroids in RE7

The first steroid syringe we found was hidden behind the fireplace in the drawing room, on the first floor of the main house. In order to get it, you’d first need a certain photo. You can find a detailed explanation of the entire process in our treasure photo locations guide.

There is another syringe in the trailer in the yard. This one isn’t free, though – you’ll need to shell out 3 antique coins to get it. It’s in a bird cage on the counter. If you don’t have enough, you can use our antique coin locations guide to help you get some.

Another batch of steroids is hidden in the testing area. It’s in an open safe in a storage room by the main hallway. You can get it before you enter the boss arena. In order to get into the building, you’ll need the red & blue keycards, which are kinda hard to find.

There’s yet another syringe in the salt mines. It’s very easy to miss, so pay attention. When you get to the lab in the mines (the first actual room in the area), go to the two bathtubs in the corner and check the floor between them. You’ll find the steroids there.
